Point your form at Formspark
Three steps from a plain HTML form to submissions where you work.
Paste your endpoint
Set your form's action to your Formspark endpoint. Keep your own markup and styles. JavaScript is not required, but it is well supported.
Submissions arrive
Every submission is stored and screened for spam. Suspected spam is held back, so it never reaches your inbox.
Route them where you work
Get an email for every submission, or send it on to Slack, Google Sheets, Notion or your own backend.
Everything that happens after submit
Formspark stores, filters and delivers every submission for you.
Read submissions anywhere
Read every submission in your inbox or in the dashboard, and export them as CSV or JSON.
Spam filtering is already on
Every submission is screened for spam on every plan, with nothing to set up.
Reply automatically
An autoresponder emails whoever filled in your form, seconds after they submit. Available on paid workspaces.
Your own thank-you page
Give the thank-you page your own message and language, or send visitors to a page of your own.
Webhooks and a REST API
Send every submission to your own backend with webhooks, or read it from your own code with the API.
Works with the tools you use
Get every submission by email, or send it to Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, Zapier and Make.
Work on it as a team
Give each client a workspace and invite members as admins, editors or viewers. 5 team members included for free, up to 50 when upgraded.
See what comes in
Built-in analytics show your submissions by day and by country, with nothing to install on your site.

Questions before you start
Anything else is in the documentation.
Do I need to write any backend code?
No. Set your form's action to your Formspark endpoint and submissions start arriving. There are no servers to manage and no databases to handle. Read the documentation
Does it work without JavaScript?
Yes. A plain HTML form works as it is. If you do use JavaScript, you can ask for a JSON response instead of a redirect and handle it yourself.
Which platforms does it work with?
Anything that renders an HTML form: static site generators, frameworks and site builders alike. See every platform
How does Formspark deal with spam?
Every submission is screened automatically, on every plan, with nothing to set up. Suspected spam is held back and never counted against your submission quota. You can add a honeypot, your own spam words, or a challenge such as Botpoison, reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha or Turnstile. About spam filtering
Where do my submissions go?
They are stored in your dashboard and can be emailed to you as they arrive. You can also post them to Slack, Google Sheets or Notion, connect Zapier or Make, send them to your own backend with a webhook, or read them through the REST API. See all features
Is it a subscription?
No. Formspark is free to start, with no credit card required. When you need more, the upgrade is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. See pricing
Can I take my data out?
Yes. Export your submissions as CSV or JSON whenever you want, on any plan, including the free one.
