A workspace is a group of forms with a team around it. Create one per client, per department, or per product, and keep everything cleanly apart.
Free workspaces include 5 team members. Upgrading takes that to 50, so bring your whole team.
Invitations go out by email, and the people you invite do not need a Formspark account first. They can accept and be signed in straight away.
Every member has a role. Admins run the workspace and its team, editors build and maintain the forms, and viewers only read what came in.
Give a client a viewer seat and they see their own submissions without reaching a single setting.
A free workspace holds up to 10 forms. Upgrading takes that to 100.
