Control what happens after submit

Then make it yours: write your own heading and message, switch on dark mode, and choose from ten languages. Paid workspaces can remove Formspark's branding entirely.

Would you rather use your own page? Send visitors anywhere you like once they submit, and send them somewhere different if something goes wrong.

Building with JavaScript? Ask for JSON back instead of a redirect, and handle the response yourself.
